ACCEPTING APPLICATION FOR COHORT 8: Summer 2023
Who We Serve ?
The SU Global program is an executive style MBA program designed for students both on track toward assuming a key leadership role and those already in an advanced leadership role. They are emerging leaders who are talented high achievers working in domestic or multinational corporations and looking to expand their skill sets to better advance their managerial careers. They may also be accomplished executives and entrepreneurs who have decided to return to the classroom to both grow and benefit from networking with other successful industry leaders. These are motivated and adaptable professionals with the ability and desire to learn, and who are ready to explore new opportunities and challenges.
Students move through the program as a cohort, and they are encouraged to participate in enrichment and networking events provided throughout the program. Both peer learning and social activities help students to form deep connections and friendships that they can continue to tap throughout their careers.
What We Do ?
Our program equips students with the competencies and capacities to face today’s challenges and tomorrow’s uncertainties. To be successful in managing changes, senior managers must embrace the spirit of continuous learning. Our innovative and immersive curriculum prepares the executives to learn about changes in technology, shifts in cultures and perspectives, creative problem solving, and the skill sets needed for managing multigenerational organizations.
For those aspiring leaders, we help them develop the capabilities required to be successful managers who are not only adept at problem solving, but also identifying the problems to solve. To be effective managers, having functional competencies, a capacity for critical and creative thinking, collaborative skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential.
Our current and vigorous curriculum provides students with the opportunity to immerse themselves in focus areas while equipping them with the general competency necessary to pursue or advance in a managerial career path. To facilitate developing teamwork and networking skills, we bring students together for a residency at the onset of the program to meet and form teams. Students move together as a cohort, and team projects bring together like-minded individuals. This peer-based learning helps students to enhance their EQ and form a network of connections that can benefit their career growth.
